Molly Maffeo

Molly Maffeo holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University. She is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals, as well as the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the Gender Affirming Collaborative Coalition of Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago.

Molly’s work experience includes roles as a peer counselor for teens and an in-patient therapist at a behavioral health hospital. Her therapeutic approach combines a nonjudgmental environment with a focus on empowerment, helping clients feel understood and motivated to continue on their journeys. She’s also the author of Body Love, a new book designed to help people improve their body image.
