Billing and Insurance

Your payment, including deductible, copayment and/or coinsurance, is due on the date of your session. 

We’ll do our best to make your treatment financially viable. We offer a sliding scale for cash payments. Please contact us to see if you’re eligible. Payment plans are also available.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss an appointment (including more than 10 minutes late) or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a $130 no-show fee that won’t be covered by insurance.  

Please contact us by email, text message or send a portal request if you need to cancel an appointment, and we’ll mark our files accordingly.
