Jessica León is completing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She views therapy as a collaborative process, with therapist and client working together toward the desired outcome. Her eclectic approach integrates mindfulness, the mind-body connection, and thoughtful exploration of behaviors and beliefs to promote personal growth.
