With more than a decade of experience working with combat veterans, Jim has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and families affected by trauma. His work with veterans, couples and those healing from early childhood and sexual trauma has shaped his compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy.

A graduate of Boise State University with a Master of Social Work degree, Jim uses a variety of evidence-based methods in his work with clients, while emphasizing collaboration. He believes that meaningful change can occur when clients feel empowered to take an active role in shaping their treatment and lifestyle plans and goals, creating lasting well-being.
